Part of the OnePSP project, the goal is to harmonize Patient Support Programs across all Novartis countries and drug products by providing a single CRM. - Collaborate closely with countries to understand their processes and integrate their current PSP systems into OnePSP CRM (Salesforce) - Gather requirements from countries and write EPICS/User Stories in Jira - Create business process diagrams (BPMN) in Visio to represent detailed processes for each phase of the patient journey - Communicate with external providers mainly for integration purposes
