1- Business & Data & Analytics : *Identifying the departement’s data needs and their analysis objectives *Participation in workshops to express internal needs *Conduct analyses from different data sources, and derive recommendations for the operational teams *Work closely with the Business teams to implement experiments and interpret the results. *Monitor the performance by : 1) setting up relevant KPI's , 2) creating the process of gathering data from differents sources , 3) Create an automatic solution of consolidation throught Power-BI and Power Query 4) Insure maintainability of performance dashboards *Automatization of manual process with Python 2- Projects management and performance Improvement : *Animation of the plants performance management system : KPIs, dashboards *Identified trends and anomalies in data to optimize operations. *Definition and contribution to the progress plans of the plants in the field, by providing methodes and good practices *Development of Supply Chain skills of contributers *Frame, manage and/or support continuous improvement and transformation projects, necessary to achieve ambitions

At Kenitra plant, where 160k vehicles are produced per year (Peugeot 208 & Citroën Ami) : Mission : manage cost optimization and waste reduction workshops at Stellantis (Ex PSA-Ex Fiat) suppliers (In Europe, Africa and middle east) Goal : reduce the TLC (Total landed cost) of the vehicle components by working on product, manufacturing and Supply Chain levers. Results : 33 supplier workshop completed equivalent to an annual purchasing mass of 300M€, with an average economic achievement of 5% per supplier.

Analyzed customer data for various supply chain-related missions, such as optimizing transportation operations, sales forecasting, handling, and storage concepts, and developing logistics master plans.
