Sincro develops and provides a broad range of solutions for players in the IT services sector (large groups and service companies): S2P SaaS solutions, sourcing services, vendor consilidation (200 M€ of IT services managed), etc.

In a very cross-functional role, I managed the pre-sales activities of Back Tiger, a software publisher developing a Master Data Management platform (MDM): – Managing customer deployment projects (BUILD and features deployment) – Support and assistance for the sales and business team : creation of sales presentation / assets, implementation of the skills development cycle for Account Directors / KAM on the platform – Call for tender management – User training – Software and business benchmarking – Preparation and participation in marketing events – Contribute to the product roadmap and handle customer/prospect feedback – Recruitment and on-boarding of the technical team (10 people)
