Management consulting report for the the quality and logistic services of La Marine Nationale (SLM). Analysis and setting up the new national coordination among the different SLM services. Setting up of the national norm ISO 9001 V2015.

• Establishment of a consulting report regarding the visibility of Oracle’s Security Solutions on the Internet and on the social networks. In this report I had to make a study on Oracle’s main competitors regarding security solutions (IBM, Microsoft etc.). In the absence of any marketing approach concerning the security on the web site of Oracle I was at the initiative of the emphasis of the Security Solutions aspect. * Deep understanding of Oracle Solutions and Sales process as well as underlying technical structure • Establishing new references files about the different deals made by the Security Solutions team. Building this database now allows my team to have “success story” they can present to their new potential customers. They also use those references for their intern database regarding the major spokesperson of every deal, the main key figures and the difficulties they had to go throw during the negotiations. • Collaboration with Oracle Marketing Team for the organization of Oracle events: — The « Learning Tour » in Grenoble : we had to demonstrate the different Security Solutions of Oracle to the main companies interested in our solutions. — « L’Oracle Digital Platform » that took place in Roland Garros where all Oracle’s partners and clients were reunited. The main subject for this event was the Cloud Solutions that Oracle can build. — Les Assises de la sécurité et des systèmes d’information, event that took place in Monaco. This event reunited actors, final users and decision-makers of Computer Security (CISO, DI, DOSI Risk Managers, CIL) and deals with national and international security solutions in order to anticipate new trends and innovation. • Organization and management of social networks for the Security Solutions team of Oracle (management of Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.)
