Led SaaS Product Development: Spearheaded the development of Tako, a SaaS product adopted by leading luxury brands: – System Architecture: Designed architecture using AWS serverless (API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, Cognito). – Fullstack Development: Developed backend (NodeJS, TypeScript) and frontend (React, TypeScript) features. – Salesforce Integration: Created a Salesforce Marketing Cloud custom activity to interact with Tako. – Continuous Deployment: Implemented CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and introduced code review processes. – SSO Integration: Integrated OKTA SSO login for seamless client access. – Client Acquisition: Secured Louis Vuitton as the first client with an annual contract worth 20 million won; ongoing discussions with Tiffany & Co, Tag Heuer, and Fendi. − Internal Web App Enhancement: Enhanced Asiance’s internal app, FLEX, with new features like FIKA, an algorithm-driven employee matching system to encourage breaks and networking.

Team: 1 computing engineer + 2 marketing + 1 CEO Tech: PHP, Android, Swift, Flutter, Solidity, jQuery, JS, MySQL, AWS, Apache Product: Android + iOS app where fans can pay to get personalized videos from their favorites celebrities. My job: - I took over alone the development of the two versions of the app (Android + iOS) + its backend (PHP framework CodeIgniter). I have to continuesly add features and fix bugs that are reported by the team. - I put a strong accent on improving the code quality that was terribly lacking when I took over. - I implemented a simple working methodology (there was none before), where the team reports the bug into a backlog and we then pick which one we have to solve. - I was in charge of migrating the server from Cafe24 to AWS (EC2) and to manage the server - I added a big NFT feature to the app, developing smart contracts in Solidity and deploying them to the Klaytn Blockchain. Allowing users from our app to buy and exchange NFTs throught our app using the Klip Wallet which in integrated in the KakaoTalk app (+90% of Koreans using this app for communication). - I started to develop the mobile app from scratch in Flutter in order to reduce the cost of developments. 1 code base being way easier to maintain that 2.

Team: 1 project manager, 1 computing engineer, 2 fullstack developers, testers, 2 person in charges of writting functional specifications. Tech: PHP7; Symfony4, Vue.js, Vuetify, JS, jQuery, MariaDB, PHPUnit. Product: Olafatco is a web application which allows air traffic controllers from everywhere in France to manage their activities. Many features are available on Olafatco: - Traffic control hours management - Training hours management (simulators, English courses, …) - HR management - Training hours monitoring (for the team chiefs) - Roles management - Account management - National/local center settings My job: - Continuously develop new features for the web application - Continuously fix bugs reported by the air traffic controllers - Managing the development server (Linux) - Adding the Symfony router to handle application routes in a better way than what was originally there - Adding a unit and functional test system. Runnable directly on the app by some users with special roles on the application - Adding the Vue.js framework (along with the vuetify library) to improve and ease the developments of the front-end of the application - Making the application responsive - Adding a “home-made” continuous integration system (php + bash + API slack) - Doing weekly integrations of the new developments to the testing environment - Assisting the team in order to improve the global quality of the produced code

Optimisation et ajouts de fonctionnalités sur la partie Interface Humain-Machine (IHM) d'un logiciel interne à THALES permettant d'améliorer les missions des contrôleurs aériens dans le monde entier. J'ai effectué ma mission rapidement en produisant un code de qualité. J'ai ainsi pu rajouter des fonctionnalités non-prévues sur mon sujet de stage durant les dernières semaines. J'ai pu approfondir mes connaissance dans le développement JAVA et m'initier aux problématique de l’ergonomie.

Stage de découverte du métier d’assistant dans le service informatique de Thales Research and Technology. Aide à la maintenance et au remplacement du parc informatique de TRT. Remplacement des téléphones du site, par des téléphones IP.
