J'accompagne les entreprises du retail, du luxe, de l'industrie et de l'automobile dans la transformation de leurs processus métiers à travers les solutions PLM, ERP et les systèmes d'information associés. Fort de plusieurs années d'expérience auprès de groupes tels que Carrefour, Balenciaga, SIPLEC, PSA, Somfy ou Heineken, j'interviens à l'interface entre les métiers et les équipes IT pour sécuriser les projets de transformation, optimiser les processus et garantir la performance opérationnelle des applications stratégiques.
