On a daily basis, I manage acquisition initiatives, fundraising, and investment origination for corporations, private equity firms, and sovereign wealth funds. I'm in charge of overseeing origination projects in the consumer/retail, food/beverage, technology, industrial, and automotive industries for Japan and EMEA-based organizations. When I'm in the leadership of cross-border acquisition procedures for companies in the consumer, technology (software, SaaS/PaaS), aerospace, industrial (light and heavy), oil and gas, automotive, consulting, food/beverage, and healthcare sectors (EV >£100 million), I'm at my most productive. Furthermore, I lead a healthcare company's fundraising efforts (Series D and convertible notes). Achieve multiple valuation projects' success through effective management and evaluations.

In this position, I was in charge of the operational side of investments for two financial institutions, one industry, and one retail. In cooperation with the investment bank, I supervised the assessment models for GE Money Bank France. In addition, for a worldwide manufacturer (sales of €2 billion), I developed personnel and restructuring models, as well as an investment model. Managed or actively participates member in numerous investment due diligences across Europe in the manufacturing, retail and banking sectors. At portfolio companies, improved reporting systems in Finance, Sales and Operations and led pre and post acquisition projects in Treasury, IT and Legal. Developed new processes for payment management.

Reydel Automotive has 15 manufacturing facilities, 4 just-in-time assembly sites and 8 technical centers located in Europe, South America and Asia. It has full capability to design, develop and manufacture complete and functional modular interior systems. Participated in all board meetings and monthly financial reviews

I helped the company by managing a project to calculate post-merger synergies in the pharmaceutical industry. Directed the product cost study for the $8.6 billion Celesio – McKesson pharmaceutical merger. Extended project duration and fees from $0.3m to $1.1m with client.
