Head of Project management on Transversal Solution and Compensation perimeter with a 4 Departments Project Portfolio in scope : Opération & Flow Management, Transversal Bases, IARD Indemnisation, Digital Platform. Budget Management: Development and monitoring of Multi Millions dollars budget Project Portfolio allocated to projects, guaranteeing the optimization of financial resources and cost control. Project Governance: Establishment and coordination of governance structures to ensure compliance, respect for established standards and processes. Reporting and Analyses : Preparation of regular reports on the progress of projects, including budget performance analyzes and forecasts. Risk Assessment: Identification and management of risks related to budgets and governance, proposing appropriate action plans and correction to Head managers and Project Managers. Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordination with project teams of 4 departments and stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and transparency.
