Introduction

I don’t “manufacture acceptance.” I help teams design fair, informed and accountable processes that turn stakeholder dialogue into decisions, delivery and trust. I work on industrial & infrastructure projects where timelines, permits and reputation depend on local dynamics. My focus: Permission to Operate / Social Licence to Operate (SLO) — built through field insight, governance and measurable signals of legitimacy.
