Rôle : PO/BA o BA au sein de la squad Risque de 12/2021 à 04/2022 (5 mois) o PO de la squad Risque « RSK » de 05/2022 à 12/2024 (2 ans et 7 mois) o PO des 2 squads Risque « RSK » et Financement « SAF » de 01/2025 à 10/2025 (10 mois) ➢ Mission : o Au sein de la squad RSK : ▪ Enrichissement de l’outil interne CREDIT360 • Vision 360 des débiteurs, Alerting sur les débiteurs et Adhérents, Gestion des Ordre Généraux émis par l’assureur, des garanties sur crédit, et des relations Débiteur→Adhérents, Création de Débiteur dans l’outil de facturation, … ▪ Mise en place d’un outil de scoring sous forme d’un Algorithme d’Octroi Automatique des limites de crédits (28 points de contrôle) ▪ Mise en place d’une connexion APIsée avec l’assureur COFACE ▪ 2 Bascules du référentiel des polices d’assurance avec l’assureur Allianz Trade ▪ Mise en place d’une connexion (via ETL) avec le portail client pour la gestion des demandes de crédit émises par le client o Au sein de la squad SAF : ▪ Mise en place de l’outil SAF : plateforme interne pour la gestion des paiements des sessions émises par les clients. Le nouvel outil SAF remplacera 5 outil legacy dans le but de les décommissionner. * Support the PM team and prepare project reporting documentation and support governance management of the migration of finance systems; * Coordinate activities, project plans and resource planning with the PM of the integrator * Occasionally, support specific workstreams key users’ activities in the organization and coordination of workstreams activities in framing migration scope, conducting gap analysis and defining specifications, delivering solutions and documentation needed to reach workstreams objectives. * Enhance internal communication efforts by supporting change management actions within the integration framework, and also maintaining project documentation library for all stakeholders
