About me
Intro
Data Governance Manager, MBA, 7+ years leading governance and digital transformation programmes in industry, consulting and the public sector. I build enterprise frameworks — policies, stewardship, data quality, GDPR — and the operating model that makes them hold: owner/steward networks, exec sponsorship, change management. Governance deployed across finance, product, industrial parts, customer and marketing data. Teams led in France and internationally, vendors and budgets managed.
