The Mission The client needed a centralized platform to enhance community engagement within multiple companies. Each company (called a "portal") had its own employees and wanted to offer events, games, social features, and internal marketing—all inside a unified, secure application with different user roles and levels of access. The Solution I developed Community Key, a robust Bubble application that integrates a wide set of features:

Multi-Portal System: Each portal is a company with its own employees and management.

Advanced User Roles: Super admin, admin, portal manager, event host, and regular members.

Social Media Feed: Internal communication and updates.

Event Management: Organize, host, and participate in events per location or interest.

Arcade Games: Integrated via third-party game APIs for engagement and entertainment.

Email Marketing System: Fully connected with SendGrid for smart targeting and automation.

Poster Builder Tool: Design and publish visual content using Template API.

Perks & Rewards: Integrated Paylode API for employee benefits.

Kiosk Mode: Public or semi-public access points with limited interaction.

Ad System: Manage and display internal advertisements for employees.

Key Technologies Used

Bubble.io (no-code development platform)

SendGrid API (email system)

PaperGames API (arcade games)

Template API (poster builder)

Paylode API (rewards system)

Duration Project duration: 6 monthsImpact The app unified communication and engagement tools across multiple client companies, improving employee participation in events and boosting internal interaction. The gamified and visual nature of the platform significantly increased daily active users and offered each company a customizable tool to maintain their unique culture.

Case study content
The Mission The goal was to create an intelligent backend system capable of analyzing a user’s project data from a Bubble app, generating new personalized project suggestions, and returning high-value insights to improve user outcomes—all with zero manual intervention. The Solution Using n8n, I built an automated AI-driven pipeline that performs the following:

Webhook Trigger – Captures a request from the Bubble frontend when a user asks for insights.

HTTP Request – Fetches the user’s project data from Bubble’s API.

AI Agent (OpenAI) – Uses a language model to analyze the data, understand user goals, and generate new project ideas and personal insights.

Information Extractor – Structures and refines the AI output into usable formats (titles, descriptions, goals, tags, etc.).

Final HTTP POST – Sends the structured projects and insights back to the Bubble app to be displayed for the user.

Technologies Used

n8n: Visual automation platform

OpenAI Chat Models: Used twice (one for creative reasoning, one for structured extraction)

Bubble API: For reading and writing user data

Webhook & HTTP Modules: For seamless data movement

Innovative Highlights

AI Recommendations Engine: The AI agent provides personalized project ideas to help users improve their lives.

Data Extraction Layer: Ensures that AI output is formatted correctly before being pushed to the app.

User-Centric Workflow: The end result is a highly personalized set of suggestions that appear instantly in the user's app dashboard.

Duration Project built and tested over 1 week, optimized iteratively.Impact Users now receive tailored project suggestions and life-enhancing insights instantly, which improves engagement and satisfaction. The AI engine adapts to user needs and continues to evolve based on new data.Client Feedback"This automation saved us countless hours and created real value for users.
