At SFM Technologies, I contribute to the commercialization and continuous improvement of SFM Connect, a smart platform designed to optimize energy consumption in buildings. ° Key responsibilities & achievements : ° Business & Market Development : Prospected and managed client relationships, analyzed business needs, and identified new market opportunities in the field of smart energy management. ° Strategic Support : Monitored and analyzed calls for tender related to energy optimization solutions, coordinating responses with cross-functional teams to maximize business impact. ° Product Ownership : ° Collected and translated customer needs into clear functional requirements. ° Defined and prioritized product backlog in collaboration with the technical team. ° Worked closely with developers to ensure high-quality delivery of new features. ° Data-Driven Improvements: Analyzed customer feedback and product usage data to propose enhancements, ensuring the platform continuously meets client expectations. ° Change Enablement : Delivered documentation and training for internal sales and technical teams, facilitating product adoption and market penetration. -> My role combines business analysis, product ownership, and business development, with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation in the energy sector.

Data collection was the first step of my project, where I identified relevant data sources and set up collection procedures. Next, I mined this data using advanced analytical methods to identify key risk factors. Design and integration with Talend was key to turning raw data into actionable insights. I used Talend to manage the data flow, cleansing, manipulation, and transformation of the data, which contributed to more accurate analysis. Finally, I developed a dynamic dashboard with Power BI to visualize the credit risks of corporate customers. This dashboard provided key indicators and clear visualizations, allowing decision makers to monitor and assess risks in real time. This internship allowed me to develop my skills in data collection and exploitation, as well as design and integration with tools such as Talend and Power BI. I gained a deep understanding of credit risk management in the banking industry and the importance of an analytical approach to make informed decisions. Beyond the technical skills, this internship also taught me the importance of collaboration, communication and adaptability within a work team. I was able to put my academic knowledge into practice and contribute significantly to the goals of UIB. In conclusion, this internship was a rewarding experience that allowed me to develop my professional skills and to better understand the challenges of credit risk management in the banking sector. I was able to provide effective solutions using advanced tools such as Talend and Power BI, which contributed to improving the risk management practices of UIB.
