The project team provides strategy and design for new projects hosting and leads the projects from inital concepts to final implementation. We also ensure a third line to the support desk. Responsibilities as a project manager : - Drive infrastructure evolution projects on the Internet Plateform : Migration from AIX OS to RedHat - Guide and assist clients in their requests (architecture, security, high availability, performance) - Advise clients on application architecture based on a web plateform, infrastructure standards and procedures : high availability, reverse proxy setup, standard protocols - Ensure service quality and support in order to meet the SLAs - Manage the Apache, WebSphere hosting infrastructure - Handle incidents and problems activities (L3 production support) - Realize the IT Backup Plan
