Role : Automation and Functional Tester for e-Contracting Project Responsibilities : • Developed and Executed sanity automation test scripts for different features of e-contracting application. • Developed automated test scripts for amendments and extension modules with objectives of maximizing the reusability and their maintainability. Role : Functional Tester Responsibilities : • Tested application as mentioned in the USE-CASES and stories of the invoice and payments application. • Raised JIRA tickets which are encountered while testing the stories of invoice and payments application. • Replicated the issues in ACC ENV which are found as part of UAT and updated them to analyst. • Provided weekly updates in Microsoft teams testing group page on the stories & tickets which are tested. • Communicated with developers about the stories that are not yet implemented & deployed in ACC ENV for testing. • Tracking of comments raised by the business users in the Wiki page and updating them to the respective developer to provide the response. • Provided the responses for the comments raised by the business users about the functionality of invoice and payments application.

Role : Functional Tester Responsibilities : • Understanding the assigned stories and there by developing the test cases as per the use cases or mock- ups provided in JIRA. • Validating the functionality of the developed stories, which are deployed in Test or Integration Environment. • Failing the Test steps and Raising JIRA Tickets for the stories that are not behaving as expected. • Carry out regression testing every time when changes are made to the code to fix defects. • Discussing with the Business Analyst to get information on the stories which are not clear. • Speaking with the Developers about the stories or tickets that are need to be closed during test phase. • Suggesting the improvements in the application that will enhance the GUI user experience. • Creating test cycle in JIRA and executing the test cases into the appropriate test cycles. • Checking whether the application runs on different browsers like Edge, Firefox and Chrome. • Daily sanity testing the Acceptance Environment and submitting the report on behavior of the application. • Communicating with Test manager about the regression testing need to be done for the specific functionality. • Reporting the issues related to http status code 400 or 500, which occurred during the sanity testing to the development team through mails. • Attending the presentations given by the business analyst or developers about the new stories developed. • Pro-actively developing the test cases for the stories that are under development in the current sprint. • Validating the functionality of the application in Acceptance Environment, which is critical for UAT. • Updating the status of the testing tasks in the team standup meeting.

Role : Functional & Performance Tester for SATC Application Responsibilities : • Developed the api test scripts using Neoload. • Enhanced the test scripts functionality by inducing the test data. • Co-related the dynamic response that is generated as part of the response. • Created the test scenarios and executed them with a load of 50 and 100 Vusers. • Known the CPU and Memory Utilization using Perfmon. • Prepared the test results report which will give the idea about performance of the application. • Done the functional testing of the tapped mobile application by writing the test cases. • Executed the test cases to know the behavior of the application. • Developed the negative test cases to know whether the tapped mobile application is able to detect them. • Fixed the cosmetic defects which are related to UI.

Role : Performance Tester Responsibilities : • Prepared the SATC test plan document. • Developed the Vuser scripts using Neoload tool. • Created the test scenarios which simulates the SATC business scenario. • Executed the test scripts by applying the load which tells the response time of the application. • Prepared the test results reports mentioning the response times exceeding the expected time. • Raised defects in JIRA and discussed the planned activities in daily scrum meeting. • Involved in resolving the IP address conflict along with the UNIX team.

Role : Performance Tester for HSDG – Hamburg Central. Responsibilities : • Cleared the quality gate conducted by the HSDG client at the beginning of the project. • Developed the Vuser test scripts as per the business requirements. • Executed the scenarios using neo load to the response times of the different test scripts. • Raised the defects in Quality center and communicated their status in daily on-call conference. • Re-tested the defects that are fixed by the developers and closed them. • Accurately presented the status report to the management to ensure on-time project launch. • Checked application performance using perfmon by adding the counters for CPU, Memory & Server.

Role : Functional Tester for DPDHL – Duetsche Post. Responsibilities: • Developed the test plan on the functional testing activities for DPDHL application. • Developed the test cases as per the functionality of the application. • Executed the test cases and validated whether the DPDHL application is behaving as expected. • Prepared the defect list document for the defects raised during the functional test of the application. • Worked with the development team in knowing the new releases and added new test cases. • Re-checked the fixed defects by the developers and also the executed the regression test cases. • Executed the performance test cases using Charles tool. • Raised defects in quality center and done the regression test on which defects are raised and later fixed by the developers. • Knowledge transferred to the new joinee in the project& worked as a shadow team Lead. • Communicated with the on-site team about the work plan, execution of the test scripts and defects.
