– End-to-end support for Data-driven projects. – Data extraction from various sources (API, SQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL database). – Processing and formatting for standardized, readable data. – Database insertion in the required format. – Use of collected data to calculate indicators that meet customer needs. – Highlighting complex trends and behaviors, enabling companies to make "data-driven" decisions. – Creation of data visualization dashboards on tools such as Microsoft PowerBI, Grafana, Kibana or Tableau.

– Writing technical specifications and building integrations via API, FTP and other cloud services. – Mapping, development and continuous support of TMS/ERP integrations with clients. – Development of automatized internal tools to reduce probability of errors based on customer feedback and insights. – Managing connection of new clients to Shippeo platform together with Operations team (CRM, Project Managers, Sales). – Pre-release testing of platform features and creating detailed templates for each test scenario. – Optimization of internal processes to reduce client connection times. – Interfacing with new telematic systems providers to find technical solutions for direct integrations with Shippeo platform.

– Presentation and tutoring around CATIA V5 for 4th year students. – Coaching provided in English.
