I manage- Production: The process which begins with receiving the client brief, on boarding the creative team up, tracking the assignments until delivering the finalized assets. Creative Guidelines: Coming up with creative and streamlined ideas to reduce the ratio of duration spent on each mission. Communication Plan: Developing a structure around the communication based on geographical requirements. Market Research: Researching for various markets and their different requirements in order to meet our needs regarding the creative team or the client process.
