Enterprise Product Hierarchy: • Working on the enhancement & support for the product hierarchy. • Enhancement & bug fixes for the .NET WebApp client used for hierarchy view & maintenance • Update & Review of the functional & technical documentation. Profisee SDK, Workflows & Subscribers: • Enhancement & updates to the Profisee workflow for Responsibility hierarchy task assignments & approvals. • Enhancement & updates to the Profisee subscriber to send data to SAP/MDG systems from Profisee via Mulesoft APIs. Profisee Administration & DevOps: • Profisee upgrade estimation & planning. • Access management for users & teams.

Four Level D&B based Customer Hierarchy & Contact Multi-Location Feature: • Worked on the design & build to create the 4-Level Customer Hierarchy of Rockwell Customers. • Implemented the logic using Profisee Master Data Management application through Data Quality rules, Matching & Mastering Logic. • Developed the REST API to share Hierarchy data to external systems, with Swagger documentation. • Building the Contact mastering & multi-location feature with API support for Contact data subscription by external systems. Data Integration to SAP & Dynamics CRM Systems: • Developed the SAP Customer General (KNA1) & Customer Sales Org (KNVV) integrations to Profisee MDM. • Built the Dynamics CRM (SFA) data subscription & publication integration to Master Data Hub via Profisee Integrator. Profisee SDK, Workflows & Subscribers: • Implemented Profisee workflow to trigger data quality validation rules for on CRUD operations for Contacts. • Built the Profisee subscribers to execute business logic on field updates for Match Review Groups & Primary Location Selection. D&B and ELI data integrations: • Working on D&B and D&B ELI integrations to Master Data Hub via D&B subscription and monitoring APIs.

Pivotal Application Development & Customization: • Worked on the implementation of features and application logic specific to the customer’s requirement. • Technical assistance and issue fixes in ideal and client’s environment. CRM Data Integration & Migration Connectors: • Developed Application connector for Pivotal CRM – Profisee MDM data migration. • Implemented a Schema migration tool using Salesforce Metadata APIs to transfer Pivotal system metadata to the Salesforce CRM system with the object to field mapping. • Built initial Marketing Cloud Connector using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform SDKs to sync Pivotal Email Marketing data to the Salesforce system. In-house Research & Development: • Developed and integrated the search engine using Apache Lucene, MongoDB, and AWS Notification Service for Homebuilders CRM. • Implemented Web APIs including service and data access layer for the Homebuilders CRM.
