My Responsibilities Include: - Project Management: Setting timelines, allocating resources, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to keep our goals on track. - Research & Development: Guiding the formulation and testing of silicon-based coatings, ensuring they meet key performance indicators like adhesion, strength, and biodegradability. - Quality & Safety Standards: Maintaining strict lab safety protocols and environmental standards, along with compliance with industry regulations for sustainable materials.
