I work as a UI/UX Designer on high-traffic products and leading websites in the live streaming industry. As a part of UX team, I’ve launch new projects and MVP features that continue to grow in the ICT, media, and entertainment space. What I do: - Led a comprehensive design audit across multiple products (web, mobile web, and native apps), identifying and addressing critical UX/UI issues that significantly improved usability and reduced user friction. - Conducted user interviews and usability testing, which informed design decisions that boosted conversions and strengthened overall user satisfaction. - Collaborated closely with product and engineering teams on data-driven redesigns, resulting in fewer UI-related support requests and smoother product experiences. - Established and standardized design systems across platforms, eliminating redundancies and streamlining workflows for greater design efficiency.

Zortify is a pioneer in artificial intelligence for human experience management (HXM) and business success. As a part of the User Experience Design team, I'm in charge of UX design, usability testing, user research, and creating a design system for Zortify's ecosystem. Collaborate closely with Developers and Data Science teams to bridge the design and technical implementation gap. Focus on user experience design for web applications. - Created a design system for one of the products ensuring consistency in design elements and interactions across Zortify's products. - Lead designer for a user-friendly dashboard application, simplifying access to Zortify's products. The dashboard was successfully launched and currently shows an increase in user adoption and a reduction in support ticket volume. - Lead designer, working on the development of a cutting-edge clustering tool aimed at enhancing data analysis and insights. - Organization design-thinking workshop for Zortify summer school
