Aircall is a fully cloud-based voice platform that seamlessly integrates with common productivity and help desk tools already in use in the workplace. As the main designer for the desktop and mobile applications (iOS & Android) used by the front-end agents. I worked directly with UX researchers, product managers, engineers, and data teams to solve complex design problems to implement new features, but also to optimize the product on a daily basis. Key Projects: Voicemail AI transcriptions, SMS chat experience, Salesforce & Microsoft Teams integrations, design token implementation, mobile design system, app widgets.
