=> Design, development and implementation of an innovative project management methodology to answer the strategic priorities decided by the Group Executive Committee. Company organisational transformation based on strategic key processes development and deployment of new ways of working (agility, collective intelligence, crossfunctional teams): - group wise transformation program implementation - participation to the design of a projects management methodology based on Microbattles and Scrum Agile - building and coaching of multicultural international crossfunctional and performing teams - Agile awareness : creation and facilitation of Scrum Agile awareness sessions with different formats (virtual, face to face, legos simulations) and for different types of attendees (from the operations to Group Executive Committee). => Analysis of existing ways of working and definition of new processes impacting from 10 to 10000+ stakeholders => Strategic Key processes development program management : implementation and tracking of the development and update program. Facilitation of the Business Process Owners community to build and implement the standardised framework. Definition of the communication strategy and engagement plan for the whole group.

=>Coordination with Segments marketing departments (Education, Healthcare, Senior) to develop, adapt or transfer FM services in the countries. => Participation to the development process optimisation Alignment with segments and Service Operations departments (Sales, IT, Food, Hard FM, Soft FM platforms, HSE). Analysis and improvment proposals. Result : 75% reduction of the development time, increase of the marketing segment level of satisfaction.

In the group IST department, management of 3 projects (operation tool for site managers, document management system, workforce management system), from the requirements analysis to the tests. => Tools selection and development Technical, functional and financial requirements definition. Preparation and animation of the request for proposals process, tool selection. Internal and External stakeholders relationships management Results: 20 applications, 5000 users.

Management of the team in charge of the group financial applications : consolidation (HFM), internal control, business intelligence (Essbase). => Major upgrade of the consolidation tool On top of the day to day administration, management of the the upgrade. Budget and planning management, testing phase organisation, internal and external stakeholders managemen, users trainings. => Team management : animation, organisation and recruitment for a 7 people team.

In the group Finance Department, day to day administration of a financial dashboard: => Monthly push to production Coordination with the American development tea. Collect, analysis and priorisation of the improvment requests from the Financial Planning and Analysis team. Tests organisations. Coordination with the team in charge of the consolidation tool (referentials).
