Build insightful analytics and reporting for sales pipeline analysis (wholesale, retail, online) to enable data-driven decision-making and to identify trends & opportunities, Conduct ad hoc analysis on margin to support initiative and provide practical insights to management, Collaborate with functional teams to evaluate investment opportunities on retail and online sales channels and provide financial recommendations, Prepare and participate in annual budget planning and monthly forecast discussion, providing financial insights and supporting the decision-making process for cross-channel activities, Tracking monthly costs at channel, country and region level to ensure compliance and cost optimization, Coordinate the management and tracking of POs ensuring accurate financial reporting and adherence to budgetary guidelines, Additional tasks : participate in training junior controllers and passing best financial practices towards functional teams

Monthly closing oversight and coordination in concert with the accountancy team and monthly reporting (sales, royalties, margin, interim cost, communication expenses, headcount) Gross margin: follow-up and analysis by customer, season & category (estimated mark up vs. actual) Financial data feedback to the group (P&L, Stock, Capex and Headcount ) Budget & forecast process for 2 compagnies, three times a year Follow-up of internal control tool to be compliant with the Group Standards Annual audit coordination with the audit firm (including stock inventory) Active contribution in the decision and setup process of a new ERP.

Responsible for monthly reporting (Retail, Wholesale & online turnover, P&L, BS and KPI’s) for Maje SAS in HFM, Performing financial closing for France & European subsidiaries and being key contact for local financial teams (5 teams), Annual budget and quarterly forecasts for sales channels (250+ stores) and HQ and monthly gap analysis Reporting and follow ups (e.g. stock valorisation, intercompany, accrual, margin analysis), implementation of ad hoc analysis to support group level reporting, 6 months management mission (2 people) during manager maternity leave.

Performing certifying corporate and consolidated accounts audit of listed and non-listed companies in secondary and tertiary sectors. Performing the audit approach based on the risks and the extent of the tests, managing junior auditors.
