I hold a dual role within the IT department: As Technical Architecture Referent, I define technical standards, ensure architectural consistency, and provide expertise on strategic projects. As Head of Technical Architecture, Cloud & Integration, I lead three IT services (Cloud, Integration, Technical Architecture). I notably created the Operational Technical Architecture Service from scratch, designing its governance, processes, and positioning as a transversal function within the organization. Key contributions : - Established and structured the Technical Architecture Service, including governance, operating model, and transversal oversight. - Defined and enforced enterprise-wide technical standards across infrastructure, cloud, and integration domains. - Contributed to the Strategic IT Master Plan (SDSI 2028), shaping value-driven target states. - Fostered transversal collaboration by creating and animating rituals (DSI Agora, Xpert Agora) to identify, qualify, and prioritize cross-cutting initiatives. - Managed a team of 20+ FTEs, ensuring skills development, performance monitoring, and alignment with strategic priorities. - Oversaw budget planning and execution, optimizing costs while maintaining service quality. - Negotiated and managed vendor contracts, strengthening strategic partnerships and ensuring SLA compliance. - Designed and implemented a complete FinOps framework, providing cost governance, transparency, and optimization across multi-cloud environments.
