Iterative Delivery of Business Strategic initiatives (Aviation and Flight connectivity Projects).

Joined established business to steer the initiation of a brand new Browser extension project including setting up Scrum development team. Coached the development team (Scrum, relative estimation, team identity&charter, goals) & took care of cross teams delivery (Scrum of Scrums, 9 teams). Joined growing business to help with Scrum framework implementation, setting up delivery processes, form a team and ensure effective project delivery.
