Outline Industrialised a new internal venture to deliver a B2C2B digital identity platform for travelers. Key Responsibilities – Oversee the ongoing formation of the venture surrounding digital identify, currently in start-up mode, with a primary focus on improving upon the simplicity and safety of international travel. – Articulate value propositions, business models, and build/buy/partner and go-to-market strategies. – Line manage the team, and set clear objectives and KPIs to measure team and business performance. – Partner with external companies, align the C-Suite board on a regular basis, manage contracts, and lead complex sales activities to secure large strategic customers, and engage relevant funds and resources. – Lead progress meetings with the board and drive discussions with partners to deliver value propositions. – Deliver presentations to the executive committee, along with the CEO, to provide insight on key project progress. – Steer the delivery of key strategic customer projects to bootstrap a new growth P&L. – Present the first version to finance a signature and secure a signed agreement with a major alliance. – Chair operational meetings with product teams to discuss project progress, deliverables, and customer agreements. – Evaluate and scrutinise new diversification and promising sources of revenue within the area.

Open innovation consulting services aimed at facilitating airline transformation toward digital retailing, a joint venture shared and co-managed by both Amadeus and Accenture Aviation. Key Responsibilities – Set up the innovation center to develop new opportunities and innovative solutions for airline customers. – Offered a full consulting suite to help airlines to innovate and generate new revenues in retailing, to implement new strategies, and to create new opportunities with existing solutions. – Introduced operations and set up an executive governance framework between Accenture and Amadeus which comprised IP, Legal, and budget aspects. – Defined and delivered an innovation consulting service portfolio to leverage the assets of Amadeus and Accenture. – Delivered comprehensive innovation consulting services and innovation projects for airlines. – Fostered new disruptive ideas and innovation via the application of an open innovation approach with airlines.

Telecom Valley is a not-for-profit professional organization actively involved in the promotion and development of the digital industry in the IT business area of the French Riviera. It organizes various innovation / start-up challenges. It gathers 130 members which includes large corporations, SMEs, Research Labs, academics and other institutional partners.

Implemented and managed a newly created corporate incubator to foster innovation across the Amadeus IT Group; reported to the Chief Innovation Officer, and later acted as the Chief Innovation Officer and reported directly to EVP. Key Responsibilities – Set up and drove a new organisation to lead innovation management and deliver growth innovation. – Defined appropriate innovation processes and tools to effectively incubate innovation. – Develop the innovation culture within the group and the innovation funding capabilities. – Drove AI related research programs, managing a team of Researchers specialized in AI, Data Science and Operational Research. – Cultivated and strengthened innovation partnerships with start-ups, research labs, and universities. – Drove the implementation of the Travel Innovation Sandbox, travel REST/JSON API for start-ups.

Define, manage, market an eCommerce IT solution portfolio for large online and leisure top travel retailers such as Expedia, eDream, Opodo, Travix, TUI, Kayak, Flight Center, CTrip (China), MakeMyTrip (India)... Key responsibilities: – Defined the product roadmap of IT travel management and ecommerce product solutions. – Elaborated convincing value propositions for the offer portfolio.

– Drove pre-sales actions supporting the sales force. – Ensure effective investments arbitration. – Strategized and implemented a new customer service portfolio. Line managed the product management organisation in charge of leisure dynamic packaging solutions for tour operators and online portal solutions used by leisure travel agencies.

– M&A and post-merger integration projects e.g. Opodo, Travellink, Karavel, Vivacance, Comtec, Traveltainment, Optims M&As, – Hotel IT strategic projects, – Market business expansion planning and execution, e.g Russia. – Lead a major transformation IT program aiming to set a new common platform foundation on which future Amadeus IT solution would be built.
