At Satoripop, I evolved from Product Owner to Functional Project Manager, leading the delivery of digital solutions across the finance, insurance, and retail sectors — with a recent focus on AI-powered platforms. I defined and refined product vision and scope in close collaboration with stakeholders through discovery workshops and iterative feedback. I translated business needs into detailed user stories, wireframes, and BPMN flows, and managed the product backlog to ensure continuous delivery of value. I facilitated agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos), aligning multidisciplinary teams — including design, development, and QA — around shared goals. In my role as Functional Project Manager, I took charge of roadmap planning, risk management, and stakeholder reporting, driving both strategic alignment and operational efficiency. I continuously monitored KPIs to support data-informed decisions and ensured high standards in UI/UX and product quality.

As a Frontend Developer specializing in Angular, I was responsible for designing and developing user interfaces for web applications. I implemented interactive features such as navigation menus, clickable buttons, dynamic forms, and responsive layouts, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience. I optimized application performance and display across various screen sizes, including desktops, tablets, and mobile devices. Working closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and QA teams, I contributed to building high-performing and consistent interfaces aligned with functional requirements. I followed Angular best practices and a component-based architecture to ensure clean, modular, and maintainable code.
