As a client services AND analytics executive I would respond to both teams. Analytics: Extract and interpret web data from campaigns across all marketing channels, onsite user journey, performance of lead generation tools, and overall customer experience. - Lead tracking and AB testing of comms across all marketing channels, report on campaign performance for each media type and collaborating with third-party agencies to meet demands with deadline. - Identify and manage daily Analytics priorities under high-pressure deadlines, reconciling client demands. - Identify trends in onsite user behaviour, provide recommendations to enhance visitor engagement. - Providing weekly and monthly reports using Adobe Analytics and Tableau providing insights for onsite performance. Client Services: - Internally collaborating with design, analytics team, front-end, Back-End and Interactive developers to manage the client’s website and touchscreen applications. - Delivering quality content and design updates within deadline, meeting the client’s requirements and vision. - Continually updating touch-screen applications with pertinent content. - Provide design recommendations for future website campaigns.
