The supplier portal project aims to transfer exchanges with SED suppliers to two innovative portals, Air Supply and a SharePoint platform, and to gradually decommission the old PHP portal. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate workshops to define business needs, change requests, and enhancements. - Challenge development teams and assist in the design of the techno-functional solution. - Lead and execute integration tests (SIT) with the implementation team. - Support the business in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution. - Project governance: prepare and lead project committees, steering committees (project management office), and management committees. - Manage SAP-PLM-SharePoint interfaces: work closely with interface managers and solution architects. - Manage multiple Front, Middle, and End providers (Capgemini, CGI, PREDELL, BOOST Conseil). - Successfully deploy the solution in pilot phase for a population of 224 suppliers based in Morocco, with very low incident rates. - Implement flow monitoring reports and KPIs for post-deployment solution quality tracking.

Eco-cité Zenata is a public utility project, aimed at developing a city that meets international environmental and well-being standards (EcoCity Label) Responsibilities: - Oversight of all organizational and information system projects. - Development of the information systems master plan. - Management of tenders, technical evaluation, and selection of vendors. - AMOA: Conduct workshops with business stakeholders, monitor SI delivery quality, provide training, and lead change management. - Internal audit: Certification to ISO 9001:2008 and 2004 standards with Bureau Veritas. Environmental audit: Certification to ISO 9001/14001:2015 standards with Bureau Veritas, AFD, and BEI. - IT Security Audit: Conduct ISO 27001 certification with Devoteam.
