My approach is to create integrated experiences that drive growth and competitiveness for small and medium-sized businesses, adapting each solution to their specific needs and maximizing their available resources.

Strategic design applied to open GovTech innovation processes to support the digitalization of public administrations. I worked collaboratively on designing the value proposition for the Digital Twin Lab of the Government of Navarre (TwinLab) and on defining strategic challenges for various public administrations so they can be solved by local tech startups.

My focus is on applying design and analysis methodologies to optimize processes and services in the field of biomedical research. My work involves developing solutions that enhance the efficiency of drug discovery models, based on cutting-edge data, to make informed decisions and accelerate development cycles.

As a Digital Product Design professor, I focused on teaching students how to create innovative, user-centered digital products. Through a practical and theoretical approach, they developed their skills to design effective experiences and sustainable solutions in the digital space. Using various design tools such as Figma, the Adobe Creative suite, and Artificial Intelligence tools for multimedia content creation.

As a service designer, I work in a diverse team of strategic, empathetic thinkers and deep interaction specialists who envision and craft experiences from service design to digital product creation. I take part in service design activities on projects, including research, client workshops, creative brainstorms, interaction design, and service design definition.
