The Principal Program Manager, Strategy & Planning is a highly visible role which serves as a business liaison, program leader, and consultant on numerous business topics across countries within EU Amazon Logistics. Aiming at improving transparency on business roadmap and achievements and driving accountability across the organization, the main responsibilities include: - Driving the strategy design and planning (R&O, financial and strategic plans) - Designing organization goals - Developing effective tracking and reporting mechanisms for the goals and cross-functional project roadmap - Enhancing internal communication for the team to know and nail the plan throughout the year - Reporting on monthly/quarterly organizational results (Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews) - Supporting the VP of EU Amazon Logistics (AMZL) by driving efficiency for document reviews processes and implementing systems to ensure strong follow-up management on action items and questions.

Cross-functional planning, change management and implementation for programs aiming at scaling-up last-mile network capacity, improving performance and enhancing the speed of delivery for Amazon Logistics in France.

Design, implementation and optimization of multi-modal transportation connections for Amazon fulfillment network in Europe, from warehouses to the customer. Team management: 12 Program Managers.

Development of the fulfillment and delivery network configuration strategy for Amazon Logistics in Europe, inclusive of new technologies roll-out and continuous improvement for operational processes (routing optimization, fleet management, in-house sortation). Team management: 7 Program Managers based in UK, DE, IT, ES, LU and FR.

Capacity management and configuration for the development of Amazon Logistics last-mile network, as part of FR Design and Development team. • End-to-end network design and configuration for the launch and expansion of Amazon Logistics in France • Inbound network design to implement relevant linehaul connections from EU fulfillment network • Network optimization to improve customer experience and operational processes, including key initiatives such as Same-Day (evening), weekend and lockers deliveries. • Development of a capacity strategy for Amazon deliveries in France through Amazon Logistics last-mile network Team management: 3 Business Analysts

Network capacity development and performance management with the French carrier Colis Privé, as part of Amazon FR Outbound Transportation organization. • Creation of enhanced decision-making dashboards and business cases to drive new initiatives aiming at optimizing transportation quality, costs, speed and sustainability. • Middle-mile and last-mile capacity planning, forecasts • Design and implementation of a capacity ramp-up model to support Next Day deliveries development nationwide • Deployment of new services to drive customer experience improvement, such as interactive deliveries and order cut-off extension • Quality and performance management with the implementation of standardized dashboards, operational processes and routines.
