Founder of a Tech start-up whose mission was to solve the limitations of fair valuation methods traditionally used for heterogeneous assets by combining Big Data, data science and analytics into one integrated platform. Targeted markets include real-estate and alternative assets in banks, private equity firms and insurance companies.

Conducted research work and developed case studies on topics related to entrepreneurship, managerial practices, and firm growth with a focus on developing economies. Countries covered include Ghana, Kenya, India and Nigeria. Author of the House of Tara case which was ranked among the best-selling cases at The Case Centre in 2018.

Conducted research work and developed case studies on topics related to strategic agility and firm, industry and nation competitiveness. Some of the research I conducted received funding from the European Commission as well as strategy consulting firms Roland Berger and Bain & Company.

Reviewed the policies, strategies and public sector reforms developed by the Government of Hungary in areas such as legislative and regulatory frameworks, administrative organizational structures, skills and competencies training programs for civil servants, monitoring and evaluation systems for e-government projects.

Worked on a European Commission funded R&D project aimed at creating an architecture for secure and interoperable e-government services for the (then) 25 EU Member States.

Consulted to blue chip corporations on a variety of projects in the domains of IT transformation and business technology implementation. Main clients included Alstom, Carrefour, Peugeot, Pommier Group and Texon.
