When I joined the company, my main task was to professionalize internal recruitment. Initially, two young graduates were in charge of distributing job offers and promoting CVs. After taking stock of the situation, I recommended the implementation of an ATS, as the management was done in Excel, and the use of targeted job boards for better visibility and sourcing. As I was present all over France, I set up a team of recruitment managers based in each regional department for greater proximity and efficiency. I remained directly responsible for the recruitment of all the company's executives, as well as the recruitment of the head office.
