– Client facing role (Key Senior position), within the Tel Aviv Redline System Integration Project Management. – Manage all technical issues relating to the scope of the Rail System team, leading, guiding and setting the direction of a team of specialist rail systems manager. – Ensure integration compliance of all the systems, Civil and operation contractual requirements through all V&V life cycle of the project within DOORS relational database.

– Client facing role (Key Senior position), within the Doha Metro Rail System Project Management Consultancy team. – Manage all technical issues relating to the scope of the Rail System team, leading, guiding and setting the direction of a team of specialist rail systems manager. – Ensure compliance with the project requirements, international codes and standards and through the project phases of requirements management thru a ComplyPro relational database, requirements analysis and definition, interface definition, design approvals at conceptual, preliminary and final design, systems integration, V & V, installation testing and commissioning.

– Requirements Management through e-Collaborative Progressive Programmed Assurance (ComplyPro) – Lead the development of requirements and assumptions for a Functional/ discipline and/or Area Team(s). – Identify the subsystems and interface requirements to realize the functions and describe the corresponding inputs, outputs and required relationship. – Maintain procedures and systems for requirements management in order to ensure a robust approach to requirements management within the project. – Produce requirements specifications templates and products. – Enforce requirements development practices through the project and maintain quality in line with systems engineering best practices. – System requirement specification (SRS) creation (Baseline definition) – Establish a functional analysis based on the Employer's requirement analysis to demonstrate a detailed understanding of requirements development and management to be implemented in the railway systems projects – Define functional Classification regarding Grade of Automation 4 (GoA4) application. And MODURBAN D80, MODSAFE, IEC 62290-1, IEC 62290-2 Standards. – Enable the development and update of the Functional Block Diagram (FBD), Operational Scenarios and Preliminary Hazard Analysis (PHA). – Act as a baseline for subsystems of how the solution will be provided via the Subsystem Requirements Specification (SSRS).

– Manage the customer interface for all engineering matters, in close relation with the Project Manager. – Lead the Design and the technical scope of the Gate Reviews and DFQ process. – Control & forecast Engineering work package (WP), within the Project Core team – Responsible to deliver the Engineering Work package according to the Quality, Cost and Delivery commitments. – Follow the WP review cycle, highlighting main variances against the QCD commitment, and initiating corrective actions. – In the event that WP scope varies, manage QCD commitment variations with the Project Cost Manager and the Project Manager.

– Represent Signaling Department for all external interfaces with suppliers. Key tasks include identification and definition of interfaces and technical solutions. – Responsible for Integration of On-board Power Supply, Control, Signaling and Communications equipment with Rolling stock – Engineering support during critical technical issue, design and commissioning phase – To audit and validate 1st train installation of the on-board equipment before the static test. – To investigate trouble-shooting before revenue service.

– Responsible of TOT (Transfer of Technology) for interface activities with CASCO Signal LTD – Create of the training database and an audit during major milestones of V-Cycle. – Engineering support during critical technical meeting with customer and rolling stock. – Technical support to engineering team during the design and commissioning phase – To audit and validate 1st train installation of the on-board equipment before the static test. – To investigate trouble-shooting for functional /electrical problem.

– <<< Revamping>> and New Metro with ATC systems integration. – Responsible for the interface document SIG RS – Define Hardware, software and mechanical interface with the rolling stock environment – Implement safety and non-safety functions of ATC with RS – Ensure electrical integration of the ATC on board system with train – Responsible of installation and integration phases with SIG systems

– Development of control and monitoring management systems Li-Ion Hybrid Vehicle for U.S. (GM, Ford) and German (BMW and VW) market – Coordinate the hardware design and activities with electronics engineers and technicians – Attend of weekly progress meeting with the customer (conf-call) – Responsible of the integration and test phase

– Project of development of a speed controller board (Motion Controller) for Lexium variator type in specific industrial applications with its tools programming – Define hardware document of design. – Realize of the electronics schematics. – Draft of test plan and realize of the tests.
