We have invested in our own natural language processing solutions based on neural networks and large language models (LLMs) for information retrieval. Our expertise covers embedded, edge or distributed, cloud AI systems. We serve customers and system integrators in various fields, such as medical, marine, industry, and security. • My role as CEO & CTPO of the startup has consisted in defining product roadmap, seeking for innovation funds, building and managing R&D and sales teams, managing finance and budget, driving customer project completion. • Cultivated forward-thinking, inclusive, and performance-oriented business culture to lead industry in innovation and push progress.

iWedia S.A. provides world-class software solutions for connected TV devices. CIPlus LLP is the trust authority for the CIPLus standard, as developed by the Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB) european standard agency. Founded in cooperation with major worldwide TV manufacturers (Samsung, Sony, Philips, TPVision, Panasonic), the company aims at enforcing functional and security compliance with the DVB CI+ standard. Key responsibilities: • Established foundational processes for business operations. • Developed marketing materials and campaigns to boost brand awareness and customer engagement. • Networked with other businesses and customers to increase sales opportunities and contacts. • Represented organization at industry conferences and events.

Nagravision is a Swiss company, subsidiary of Kudelski group, developing conditional access technologies for digital television. I was managing the Set-Top-Box expert group in STB Custom Services department Main responsibilities: · Set-up of engineering structure and process within the department · Set-up of partnership with contractors · Set-up of partnership with Middleware and Application providers · Set-Top-Box chief architect · Management of project managers

Logiways is a Swiss company of 25 employees, subsidiary of Kudelski group, developing technologies for digital television (consumer electronic devices, software, systems). I co-founded the company and set up the R&D department of 20 engineers. Main responsibilities : · Hiring engineers, R&D department organization, definition of quality process · Set-up of a closed partnership with a Tunisian software design house company. Software development is out-sourced to a team of ten software designers · Direct and indirect management · Chief architect · Product development and marketing · Business development (partners, customers), contract negotiation · Company strategy definition

I started my journey at Canal+ as a software developer, developping embedded software in "C" for set-top-boxes and multimedi equipments, then i moved to a solution architecture role, embrassing end-to-end diffusion and reception systems for satellite, cable and terrestrial digital television, then finally moved to project management, leading technical project development and deployment for TV operators worldwide
