Introduction

I've grown in the software engineering industry from Java developer to Leader / Architect. My goal is to craft robust solutions that truly answer the client needs and to do so "just coding" is not enough. So I actively take part in business and tech analysis, architecture design, methodology, automation, decision making, mentoring, team building, ... I also decided to learn the SRE/Devops world to complete my set of skills. Humanly I'm involved, optimist, resourceful, honest and both natural leader and team player. Technically I'm focus on pragmatism, quality, simplicity, robustness, ... I work with the goal that if someone had take over my job is must be clear and easy to do. I'm looking for a remote first mission (ideally) where I can use all my skills and keep learning and improving in a positive work atmosphere.

– ComSOFT bought the Synclude startup and offered me a mission of Software&Tests Engineer and Technical Leader on the AIM solution. I was actively involved in the whole process: – Train and help my new dev colleagues to quickly be able to work on the software and work with them. – Give a roadmap, priorities and estimations of the work to do on the software to the Scrum Master. – Provide direct and first class L1-2-3 support to our international clients related to the AIM software and system engineering. – Run factory acceptance tests (FAT) with the final clients – I worked remotely most of the time. I travelled several times to the ComSOFT HQ to meet the end clients for demos and FATs and work with my colleagues on hard tasks. This experience allowed me to work for a bigger company with a different management and work methodologies.
