• Management of all shop opening projects in France • Coordination of all the departments involved in the projects • Development of project management tools • Organisation of team brief on different themes • Final shops set up on field

• Management of various projects (Translation, Retail business Game...) • Support for international subsidiaries (Italy and Poland) • Development of marketing POS (designers brief, production, set up in shops...) • Organisation of street marketing events for new shops openings • Management of video production (scenario, filming and editing)
