Organization, coordination, and facilitation of functional workshops (>30 participants) Management of functional (>5 people) and technical (>10 people) teams, Functional Lead on 4 projects Harmonization of global and local functional processes (>60 countries) Competences Responsible for ensuring the digital transformation's consistency with functional requirements ▶︎ Business Development of the Digital HR Transformation practice Development of the employer brand of the Digital HR practice (organization of events, social networking, writing of "Points of View" articles, etc.).
