- Issue contracts, including pro-forma invoice, deposit and cancellation conditions and enter follow up date in Operai. - Advises the customer in planning and designing the Conference & Events. - Welcome the client warmly and meet with the client to discuss preparations for complex events. - Design sales pitches and adapt the offer to suit various types of clients

-Utilising Opera for all meeting and event details, setting proactive chase calls and activities to secure the business and to ensure a return. -Contacting in-house guests to foster additional business, repeat bookings, or referrals to the Sales office. -Co-ordinating activities related to booked business with other departments. -To work as a team to achieving departments and hotel targets. -To ensuring that guests’ expectations are constantly met & exceeded.

- Processing of the refunds via various GDS ( Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, …)
