As an Azure Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer at LTIMindtree, I provided advanced technical support to Microsoft enterprise customers, helping them design, troubleshoot, and optimize complex Azure networking environments as part of a Microsoft Azure project. My work focused on core Azure networking services, including Virtual Networks (VNets), subnetting, Network Security Groups (NSGs), Route Tables, and Azure Firewall. I supported hybrid connectivity scenarios using VPN Gateways and ExpressRoute, ensuring secure and high-availability connections between on-premises infrastructure and the cloud. I specialized in deploying and managing all four Azure load balancing solutions—Azure Load Balancer, Application Gateway, Traffic Manager, and Azure Front Door—to improve application reliability and performance. Additionally, I configured Azure DNS, Private DNS Zones, and Private Endpoints, enabling secure and efficient name resolution across network boundaries. My responsibilities also included deep-dive troubleshooting, performance tuning, log analysis using Azure Monitor, Network Watcher, and Log Analytics, and guiding customers on best practices in cloud network architecture, security, and governance. I was honored with a Changemaker Award for my contributions to service quality improvement and team collaboration.

As a Junior Network Engineer at Ashewa Technology Solutions, I contributed to the design, deployment, and maintenance of network infrastructure for both internal systems and client-facing solutions. My role involved configuring and managing routers, switches, firewalls, and monitoring network performance using SolarWinds and other network management tools. I supported day-to-day network operations, ensuring high availability, secure connectivity, and efficient troubleshooting for enterprise clients.
