Contributed to several strategic internal projects (ORBIT, Le Comptoir, MAPLE) focused on automating IT service delivery, standardizing provisioning workflows, and strengthening compliance and access controls. • Led the refactoring of the ORBIT platform, enabling end-to-end automation of ServiceNow requests through a YAML-based orchestration engine, dedicated execution bots, and a real-time monitoring interface. • Participated in the development of Le Comptoir, an internal IT product marketplace, by building Microsoft Graph–integrated APIs and dynamic business-rule filters for product visibility and accessibility. • Helped design and develop MAPLE, the group’s central provisioning engine for licenses, accounts, messaging services, and mobile access, acting as the single source of truth for onboarding, offboarding, and entitlement verification. • Implemented secure and scalable microservices architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and system integrations with Microsoft 365 and internal platforms, ensuring operational reliability and full traceability. Tech stack: Go, .NET 6/8, Node.js, NestJS, Vue/Nuxt, PowerShell, TypeScript, YAML, Microsoft Graph API, MongoDB, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, ServiceNow API

Contributed to the digital transformation of core systems within the Tunisian Air Force through the development and modernization of applications supporting personnel tracking and logistics operations. • Developed a centralized web application to monitor attendance and leave of military personnel across all air bases, enabling real-time tracking and improved coordination. • Designed custom dashboards and reporting tools for operational units and senior command. • Created and integrated SOAP web services for communication with legacy infrastructure. • Led the migration of a critical Oracle-based application to a modern .NET platform, dedicated to the logistics tracking of aeronautical equipment, ensuring traceability of all movements of sensitive and critical components. • Optimized performance through multithreaded processing and improved database modeling. • Oversaw the deployment lifecycle, from development and testing to production rollout and user support.
