Main missions : Strategic and operational project management: - Led internal restructuring projects across Europe, including the closure of multiple industrial sites in France and Poland. - Supported M&A activities and organizational optimization initiatives at the European level. - Ensured strategic alignment and coordinated action plans with country managers across 10+ countries. Financial and budget oversight: - Designed and monitored the 2024 CAPEX budgets, managing investments exceeding €30 million annually. - Implemented tools for budget tracking and updated financial forecasts. Analysis and decision-making support: - Conducted market research, competitive benchmarking, and business case development for strategic decision-making. - Created Power BI dashboards for Sinova’s board, enabling the monitoring of critical KPIs across the division. Coordination and reporting: - Organized and facilitated monthly business review meetings with country managers, driving strategic and operational alignment. - Contributed to process standardization and operational efficiency across the division. Key context: - Supported the operations of a division generating over €1 billion in annual revenue, with a European scope spanning 10+ countries and multiple industrial sites.

Main missions : - Missions of CAC corporate accounts and consolidated accounts. - Audit of the accounts of BOLLORÉ, DIAM INTERNATIONAL, KODAK, MACIF... - Audit of accounting cycles: customers, suppliers, stocks, fixed assets, cash, equity, personnel - Analysis of internal procedures, physical inventories, substantive tests, analytical reviews and summary memos, control of the appendix and the management report Main sectors of activity : - Real estate, digital marketing, services, transport and logistics, POS, insurance.

Main tasks: - Check the regularity of the company's accounts in relation to legislation and IFRS standards. - Study the accounting documents. - Coordinate the financial planning and budgeting process. - Compile and analyze financial information. Main achievements: - Contributed to the in-depth study of the company's financial flows as well as the synthesis of its economic activity during 2016. - Contributed to the budget process of a new product "Ticket Sala Cuna".

CP Export is a limited liability company (SARL) which exists since 5 years. It is a company specialized in the destocking and the trade of OEM car parts. Following the recent acquisition of a lot of professional kitchen equipment and not benefiting from competences in this field, the objective of the mission was to help CP Export in the development of the strategy of sale of equipment in Maghreb. The problematic of the company was clear. Not having any technical knowledge in the field of industrial kitchen equipment, they asked us to carry out a comparative study as well as a prospection for a quick marketing of their products.
