Responsible for key accounts in manufacturing - Toyota Motors Europe - Toyota Boshoku EMEA - Overseeing key projects - European SAP roll out (Toyota Boshoku) and European Peoplesoft HR roll out (Toyota Motors Europe). Standardisation on global platforms. Account partner for both accounts. Responsible for Global Transformation of Finance BPO operations (Infosys – Philips) – leading a process transformation team to fundamentally reduce cost / increase efficiency in Global operations (3,500 FTE outsourced at Infosys, 3,000 FTE internal, outsourcing deal 80 M Euro/ year). 30% cost reduction / efficiency gain was achieved in 2 years.

HR transformation programme. Transform HR to enable the overall business transformation (heavy downsizing: -1,100 on 9,000 employees) while at same time reducing cost of the HR function with 30%.

Responsible for defining and setting up SME business unit in order to increase the market share within this segment for a key player in energy market

Responsible for defining the finance and logistics operations for a new centralised business model to support the launch of a new licensed compound. McKinsey, E&Y, IBM as key managed service providers in the program.

Responsible for in-sourcing of finance operations from external shared services platform (Cap Gemini) to internal Shared Services Centre - Group Level. Scope covers finance processes Belgium-Luxembourg-France. Shared service of 150+ FTE. Cap Gemini, Accenture as key service providers in the programme.

Overall responsible for defining & setting up Global Shared Service centres for Finance & Admin (incl. Master Data mgmt) (1 centre in Europe, 2 centres in Asia – total scope of 700+ employees). Full cycle – vision, strategy, business case, make or buy, location study, setup, transition mgmt – combined with SAP implementation. Advisor to VP Global SSC and Group CFO, reporting to Steering Committee composed of Executive Board Members. Processes are based on SAP. Accenture, IBM and Wipro as key service providers in the programme.
