I contributed to a transformation program to enable teams to deliver secure, scalable applications quickly and at scale. As a DevOps Expert within the CICD team, I supported project teams in their transformation journey by: • Creating a DORA-based maturity model to assess their software delivery level. • Conducting audits and setting target objectives to improve their software delivery pipelines. • Developing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, incorporating quality and security checks. • Raising awareness of SAST benefits with SonarQube through demos and POCs. • Providing training and technical guidance on tools and application architecture. • Introducing Four Keys metrics to measure delivery performance.
