EdTech · Ocean · Climate · Biodiversity I started Wild Odyssey to do one thing: take the stuff about climate, ocean and biodiversity that feels abstract or heavy, and turn it into something people actually feel and act on. Companies, NGOs, schools. I design and run the whole thing end to end. I build the formats, test them, improve them with real feedback, and measure what works. I also lead a small UI/dev squad building the web platform (wildodyssey.org). Where it stands: 50+ workshops run across France, Spain and Belgium, in person and online. 600+ people in the room, from school kids to C-suite to researchers who've spent their lives on this. Four NGO partners I manage start to finish: 2Tonnes, Ocean Collage, Biodiversity Collage, Desirable Futures. I built KPI feedback loops and A/B tested the content to make it land better. I took part in UNOC 2025 (Nice) with the Fresque Océane, connecting with the international ocean community. Funny thing: everything that made me a decent project manager is exactly what makes this work. Make the complex clear. Get people who don't agree to move together. Deliver even when nothing's certain.

MANTU is a consulting company offering diverse services. Amidst their exponential growth, they developed an internal ERP system. I led this ERP evolution as Senior Product Manager and a member of IT governance, supporting a 10,000+ employee increase across 60+ countries, with a 300-member IT department at the core. I joined when the product org was 30 people. I left it 300, spread across five hubs worldwide. I didn't just watch that happen, I built the system that held it together. I joined when the product org was 30 people. I left it 300, spread across five hubs worldwide. I didn't just watch that happen, I built the system that held it together. The big one: I designed the presales product that pulled every business model the company ran into one place. Freelance, turnkey, TJM, managed services, across every country. Nobody had connected them before. Suddenly forecasting worked, you could actually see the pipeline, and sales, legal and recruitment were talking to the same system. I also took the scariest part of the ERP, the legal core. One bad release there and you break things for 10,000 people, plus finance, shareholders, permissions. I migrated 200+ products and kept 1.2M daily calls flowing through it. Didn't break it. There was an internal tool nobody was using. I got it from 3% to 100% daily use, because shipping something is easy, getting people to actually use it is the real job. All of this while running the Agile to Scrum transition for 300+ people on three continents. And I built a team with the best retention in the company, 5% turnover against 40% average. Some of them still keep in touch.
