I was in charge of the Financial and Organizational aspect of the Cegedim Data & Market Research BU, called CSD. I was reporting directly to the CEO. I learned Long Term Project Management and people skills: ▪ Integration: Operational Merger of 4 entities to create CSD, Organization and Financial Process set-up ▪ Financial and Operational Control over 36 affiliates worldwide

Promoted to Cegedim Corporate, I was handling and supporting the M&A and Corporate Finance Projects. I Learned and practiced all External Growth methods, worked under pressure and get exposed to all Corporate / Headquarters subjects: ▪ Worked on 35 M&A Deals and closed 15 mostly in Europe and Americas ▪ Involved in Corporate Reporting and various Corporate Ad’hoc Projects

Reporting to the IBD Director of the Cegedim Technology BU, we were in charge of internal growth. Very hands on experience with a wide variety of tasks in an international context: ▪ Open / Integrate 10 countries affiliates in Europe and Latin America, from Business Plan, contacts with lawyers, accounting firms, recruitment of Staff, support to newly recruited GM, initiate first Sales meetings Notably I was responsible for the launch of the affiliate in Zurich, Switzerland in 2001 ▪ Product Management Support on Sales Data affiliate created in the UK, InfoSante Ltd.
