Spécialisée en déploiement de l'intelligence artificielle, je collabore avec des acteurs majeurs dans divers secteurs : grandes entreprises (Amadeus, Fayat, LVMH, KPMG), industrie (Arkema, Guerbet) et institutions étatiques (DINUM, ETALAB). Mes interventions se concentrent sur trois axes principaux : - Identification de cas d'usage : Essentiels pour le succès des programmes d'adoption de l'IA, je détermine les applications clés adaptées à chaque secteur, que ce soit en entreprise ou dans le domaine public. - Organisation et animation de hackathons et idéathons : J'orchestre ces événements dans le cadre de programmes d'innovation, stimulant la créativité et la collaboration inter-équipes pour explorer de nouvelles possibilités offertes par l'IA. - Analyse de données et développement de solutions : En tant que data analyst, j'analyse les données pour cerner les opportunités qu'offre le machine learning et je développe ensuite des solutions personnalisées en utilisant des outils tels que Python (et je monte en compétences sur Mojo). Je m'engage à faciliter l'intégration de l'intelligence artificielle de manière efficace et innovante, en veillant à aligner mes interventions sur les objectifs stratégiques de chaque client.

Dans l’équipe IA Lab de KPMG France, pilotage de programme IA en application 1. Cadrage des Cas d'Usages Métiers et Monétisation des bénéfices: • Définir la stratégie pour collecter dans un temps limité des cas d'usage à forte valeur ajoutée métiers, incluant l'identification des sources de données et l'élaboration des outils nécessaires. • Animer des ateliers métiers pour recueillir les besoins et les cas d'usage. 2. Prototype • Modéliser une ou plusieurs solutions, de la captation de la donnée jusqu'à la restitution d'un prototype pour répondre à un cas d’usage métier. • Présenter la solution aux métiers et recueillir leurs retours et feedbacks pour d'éventuelles améliorations. 3. Veille technologique IA, Agents, SalesForce - Einstein, Microsoft Copilot, M365 Azure AI… • Analyse des nouveautés et tendances. • Enrichissement continu des cas d’usages existants.

• Business Analyst, Projects Initial Assessment - EMT - Business Case drafting, from business requirement collection to IT solutions definition & estimate. - Scope Outline, Macro-Budget & Planning (with possible arbitrage) presentation to upper management for budget allocation. - FO-BO to Accounting Focus, cross-functional studies with impact on multiple business lines. - Defining IT impact, Enabling various projects: Trading Business Development (new markets, coporate evolutions), Regulatory (EMIR, REMIT) or IT-driven change (Convergence, cross-systems Gateways, etc..) across a large spectrum of applications. Functional architecture. • Project lead & BA on ENDUR OPENLINK – Optimization team, Natural Gas Business Unit. Business development, Convergence & System projects. Collaboration with developers team. ENDUR Software upgrade study (user activity description with projection to new version)

Murex / new software gap analysis. Focus on FO Risk Analysis module. - P&L errors monitoring & checking - Deals valuation errors tracking and analysis Ad-hoc testing. Non-regression test plan and dashboard design. Collaboration with risks R&D team.

Framing studies for various transversal programs (IT) for FO sponsors GED. Project lead : full project lifecycle management on CA headquarters risk management outsourcing project (to CA-CIB). Initiate to delivery/ post-roll out support responsibility on this project impacting the complete deal management functions in the organization. Frequent reporting with direct accountability to some board members.

This twofold assignment allowed me to leverage my business background and IT project management skills. 1. The sales handbook training design project essentially covers regulatory and business chapters. As expected, a key success factor is to present the content to this highly demanding audience in the most interactive way possible. 2. As a web strategy coordinator for GEDS on a worldwide basis, I facilitate web site related projects (creation, design, web ranking, innovation benchmarking, analytics tracking....). Furthermore, my role drives a ROI & innovation strategy for more than 80 web sites, including branded names such as LyxorETF and Adequity.

Project Manager for IT / forecasting / Trading floor. - Responsible for load forecasting using regression analysis for the Middle West and Canada. Environment: SQL server and Henwood ‘load forecasting’ software. BA and project lead.
