Leading the full lifecycle of the OLEA® APP software application stack, a safety-critical product for inverter control and auxiliary functions in electric vehicles, reporting directly to the VP Products. • Owning and driving the product roadmap, coordinating dedicated weekly workshops with engineering, system architecture, customer stakeholders to define and prioritise new features. • Delivering 2 major and 4 ad-hoc software releases per year on schedule overseeing a cross-functional delivery team of over 30 people across 3 disciplines, reducing integration defects by up to 50%. • Managing directly 1 technical writer which contributes to reducing product documentation release by 0-day delays. • Establishing product delivery KPIs to improve release predictability and engineering transparency, and stakeholder decision-making. • Writing and maintaining high-level product requirements, ensuring alignment between customer expectations, technical feasibility and product vision. • Leading weekly product steering meetings with stakeholders managing task forces during critical situations requiring rapid escalation. • Bridging customer needs and engineering constraints across Inverter (AC APP), DCDC, and Lib Power software platforms; acting as the primary interface for product-level decisions. Held dual responsibility as both technical delivery lead and agile leadership roles(Product Owner & Scrum Master) on a multinational firmware development programme for programmable logic controllers (PLC). • Acted as Proxy Product Owner, translating business and client requirements into actionable backlog items and sprint goals for development teams in Romania and France. • Served as Scrum Master within a global SAFe programme spanning teams in Asia, USA and Europe, facilitating ceremonies and removing impediments to maintain delivery flow. • Coordinated cross-border communication and delivery alignment between the French client headquarters and the nearshore technical team in Bucharest (10 people per team). • Oversaw firmware implementation using Linux and VxWorks RTOS, ensuring technical quality and release readiness. • Delivered software integration and validation testing for automotive systems (Injection curve, NOx, Basic SW) based on AUTOSAR architecture. • Created and maintained automated (iSystem) and manual test cases; managed workflow through IBM RQM, RTC, RDM, and DNG toolchain. • Collaborated closely with project managers and development teams within an Agile framework, contributing to system reliability and release quality. (Contractor through Altran, Strasbourg)

• Designed and validated ultra-low power electronic systems (µA to nA range in deep sleep) and integrated E-INK display technology using a dedicated driver chip. • Built and demonstrated functional prototypes for concept validation, contributing to product feasibility and investor presentations.

This work experience was part of my 4th semester of the Academic Programme in Electronics Technology, when I had to complete an internship and write my final project. • The first phase of the project was to research and test a new RF transceiver module comparing the result with an old RF module that company had used before. • The second phase of the project was to change the existing RF receiver with the new RF transceiver and to upgrade an existing product by adding a PIC microcontroller and redesign the product PCB.
