As part of the PSO Axway consulting team I am involved in the functional and technical part of the Axway accounting software for Societe Generale, SGCIB which delivers banking services around the world. During this time, the tasks on which I am involved are administrative, functional and technical. The SG project team started in November 2014 and during this time I was involved in building the business proposal and preparing the migration from the Paris team to Bucharest as part of the SGCIB team in Paris. From January 2015 the project team became operational in Paris with 5 FTE and grew until August 2015 to 10 in Bucharest. At the moment, as the projects team leader I’m in charge of managing and maintain the Service Level Efficiency of our accounting services and developing strategies and reports for SGCIB management regarding our stats as well as providing knowledge assistance for the team. From another point of view I’m working on the configuration of the Axway accounting tool on a functional and technical level based on functional specifications received from the SGCIB business analysts in Paris. On a technical level I am optimizing the clients UNIX Batch interface, managing the Oracle SQL database and building technical documentation based on our developments. All the functional and technical developments are managed in an agile system in order to deliver efficient and quality packages.
