Earth 2 is a Web3, Blockchain and Crypto read Metaverse start-up. Building and growing with the community from inception. - Community Support. - Leading a team of moderators (22) across all the social media platforms. Facebook (Meta), Twitter and Instagram (Using Meta Business Suite), and Discord and Reddit. - Website writer for guides, tutorials, announcements, and update patches/fixes. - Events Manager on/off-board. - Proactively engage with community members on platforms such as Meta (Facebook) and Discord creating solid customer-company relationships. - Foster engaging community discussions. - Developed strict moderation rules and implemented them to ensure calmer, more organized, and civil discussion forums. - Managing content creators ensuring content is relevant, regular, and up to date. - Managed the interview and onboarding of new moderators for social media platform groups. - Worked alongside support team (5CA). - Used GIMP and Canva to create community announcements and articles. - Assisting setting up live stream events including moderating chat feeds during the stream. - Used Slack, Canva and have knowledge of Zendesk.

This was a personal project embarkation by myself and a group of friends. The game production was going very well and we created a great pitch deck and lore. Sadly, due to external issues development ceased.
